Refund policy

Product Download

All printables, books, and spreadsheets are delivered via download only. You will not receive a physical product. Once purchased, the download will be immediately delivered to you at the email address provided at checkout.

All orders are typically processed immediately, but there may be a delay. If you do not receive your product within 24 hours, please contact me.

While I am flexible and allow you to complete a reasonable number of downloads I will not tolerate download abuse.

Refund Policy

I stand behind my products, and your satisfaction is of the utmost importance to me. However, because the products are digital goods delivered via Internet download I generally offer no refunds.

Refund requests are handled on a case-by-case basis and are issued at my sole discretion. Refund requests for digital downloads, if any, must be made within thirty (30) days of your original purchase.
